Are you a competitive, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, closing sales, and helping people protect what matters most? Kim Varnadore State Farm is looking for an Insurance Account Representative with the passion and energy to grow our agencys success through proactive sales and excellent client care.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenseswith full support and guidance from our agency.

Role Description

As an Insurance Account Representative, youll play a key role in growing our agency through meaningful customer connections and strategic sales. Youll educate clients on insurance solutions, guide them through policy decisions, and ensure every interaction builds long-term trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth Engage new and existing customers to identify needs and sell appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Consult & Educate Explain products confidently, helping clients make informed financial decisions.
  • Build Loyalty Strengthen customer relationships through consistent communication and proactive follow-up.
  • Support Operations Process applications, renewals, and service requests while maintaining accurate records.

    • Qualifications

  • A sales-dominant mindset with the drive to exceed goals and earn results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in insurance or sales preferred.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
