Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions (Energy)

VOYlegal is partnering with a fast-growing clean-energy infrastructure platform that develops, invests in, and operates renewable energy assets nationwide. The company is expanding its in-house legal team as it continues to scale its national footprint.

The Senior Counsel will lead drafting and negotiation of PPAs, EPCs, and project-acquisition agreements , advising on diligence, development, and financing across the full deal cycle.

Ideal background :

• 8+ years of transactional experience (law firm or in-house)
• Strong commercial contracts experience
• Renewables or infrastructure background preferred
• Salary is targeting around $200K, plus bonus.
