Join our team as a Collections Account Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in managing auto loan accounts that are 30-60 days overdue. Your expertise will significantly contribute to our mission of helping borrowers navigate their repayment options while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Negotiate flexible payment plans with borrowers, providing tailored suggestions to support their financial responsibilities.
• Assist borrowers in developing strategies to retain their vehicles while meeting loan obligations.
• Document collection activities and account information with precision and professionalism.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate and connect with delinquent borrowers effectively.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
