Position Summary : LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

As an LPN at Charter Senior Living , you are a cornerstone of compassionate care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. You'll provide hands-on nursing support, medication administration, care plan implementation, and leadership to ensure each resident enjoys a safe, fulfilling, and meaningful life.

You'll also play a key role in promoting teamwork, mentoring caregivers, and maintaining strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

License : Current LPN license in the State of Kentucky (required)

Experience : Prior nursing experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred

Skills : Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

Schedule : Ability to work 12-hour shifts (Day or Night) with reliability and flexibility
