New hire bonus!

$500 new hire reliability bonus for 500 hours worked! This equals $100 for every 100 hours (until you reach 500) with proven great reliability (no tardies or call-offs without documentation within the 100-hour increments).

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17 (firm) and depends on factors like experience and availability. This is base pay and there are also potential incentives for picking up last-minute shifts, shifts that are farther out, and more!

You also have a choice to opt in for on-call coverage for a premium that you receive whether you are called in, or not! Please indicate if you are interested in the questions that are asked along with your application.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Companionship through mental engagement. This could include accompanying clients on walks, trips to social / recreational activities, assistance with hobbies, etc.

Have a great time connecting with your clients!

• Our goal is to help our clients stay independent in their own homes. You will be providing assistance with things like light housekeeping, and personal care management to help achieve this goal.
• Many clients need assistance with transportation or having errands run for them.
• Observe and report changes in the clients physical condition, behavior, or appearance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver, or in senior communities / facilities.
• A valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to go directly to the clients home. Preferences are noted for distance limitations.
• We service the counties of Washtenaw / Livingston.
• Willing to drive clients to appointments or provide transportation / run errands.
