Hours & Pay

Shift : Night Shift | Monday-Friday, 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Training : Must be available for 1-3 weeks of training on the 1st shift.

Pay Rate : $16.00 / hr base + 10% night shift differential = $17.60 / hr

Employment Type : 90-day temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll work hands-on with machines to produce precision parts while learning advanced techniques under the guidance of experienced team leaders. Daily responsibilities include :

• Learning and applying industrial math, print reading, and machining theory.
• Operating CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment within assigned departments.
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
• Performing basic deburring and quality checks on products.
• Following operation sequences and adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborating with team leaders and co-workers to ensure efficient production.
