Job Description

Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient execution of construction projects.

Team Coordination : Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure all aspects of the project align with goals.

Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.

Quality Control : Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to maintain strong relationships.

Budget Management : Track project expenditures, manage financial reporting, and ensure projects are completed within the established budget.

Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare progress reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (nice but not required)

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager having led at least 1-2 ground up commercial construction projects

Proficiency in ProCore

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
