$20.00 to $26.00

Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for stability and quality
• Maintain plumbing, heating, electrical, and other equipment
• Conduct maintenance of electrical systems
• Perform routine repairs for company equipment and facilities as instructed
• Perform tasks such as parts replacement, cleaning, landscaping, etc.
• Undertake pest control as needed
• Perform building modifications as needed (constructing walls, laying floors, lighting and door installation / removal, painting, moving furniture, demolition, etc.)
