Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, community events, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions.

Assess client needs to identify appropriate coverage options and tailor policies that best protect their assets and goals.

Prepare and present competitive quotes for Home, Auto, Life, and Specialty insurance products.

Manage renewals and proactive follow-ups to ensure client retention and ongoing satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by maintaining a consistent pipeline and demonstrating a strong commitment to performance excellence.

Requirements

Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred or willing to obtain.

A Life & Health Insurance license preferred if not licensed required to obtain within 30 days of employment.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.

Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Must have ability to multi-task.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Great Customer Service Skills.
