Immediate need for a talented Video Operations Technician . This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX (Onsite) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range : $30 - $35 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Note : This person will be involved in monitoring zoom dashboard platforms, testing equipment and monitoring slack channels.
• They recent hired someone who is college graduate.
• Team size- 3 Associates.
• Support and maintain technology
• Document and maintain Asset Inventory Database
• Manage incidents in the Enterprise Ticket system
• Endpoints and Infrastructure (Poly)
• Support Zoom and Zoom Room Platform - Upgrade and Manage Zoom Devices through the
• Dashboard
• Support Digital Signage Platform
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on technology
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform On-call duty rotation
• Perform After-hour and weekend Project work as needed
• Perform Remote support of enterprise devices
• Perform Remote support of fellow team members and other sites
• Manage Vendor relationships
• Operations Staff is to report On-Site Monday thru Friday (essential personnel)
