A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units and technical teams to clarify requests and track task progress
Monitor system performance using Grafana and conduct root cause analysis with OpenSearch / Elastic Search
Manage support tickets in JSM / Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer support or technical support
Upper-Intermediate level proficiency in English
Experience with OpenSearch / Elastic Search and Grafana is a plus
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for ticket management
Experience as a QA is beneficial
