Global Sr. Content and Influencer Marketing Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a seasoned Global Senior Content and Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead the content strategy and influencer / affiliate development for LifeWave in a fast-paced and demanding yet fulfilling environment.
This role involves helping to develop and execute on the content road map to drive the creation of compelling and impactful content (visual and copy) across various regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial vision, an eagle eye for detail, a command of writing concisely, vividly, to engage, persuade, and understand how to communicate to a global audience.
You are a storyteller! This position will support and partner with other channel managers to deliver projects on time. If you’re a word smith who can tell incredible stories to connect to audiences, we want to hear from you.
You will also be key in researching, identifying, and help build relationships with potential influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy : Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement a global digital content strategy aligned with the company objective to identify and optimize content holes affecting site and advertising performance.
This will include a variety of projects including writing persuasive marketing copy on our site to convert visitors, and ad copy for a variety of digital advertising channels, etc.
You’ll ensure relevance for localization across diverse global markets. Your efforts will include helping launch, maintain, and create educational content to assist our SEO efforts and to maximize understanding of who we are and what we do.
You must be strategic and be able to execute with minimal oversight. You’re a go-getter!
- Influencer and Brand Ambassador Outreach : Develop and collaborate on an outreach and affiliate program to connect w / potential influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to further expand our brand.
- Content Creation : Oversee the creation of diverse content formats including articles, videos, infographics, lead gen efforts, ad copy, email campaigns, web pages, etc.
ensuring they align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences. You’ll be responsible for improving a variety of page KPIs (click throughs, page engagement etc.)
- Global Audience Understanding : Analyze audience preferences, behavior, and cultural nuances in various regions to tailor content accordingly.
- SEO, Digital Advertisement, and Content Optimization : Collaborate with the SEO, lead gen, and Paid Ad teams to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO strategies.
Ability to help research keywords.
- Content Distribution : Develop strategies for marketing outreach and persuasive content distribution across multiple channels, including web, digital advertising, email, and 3rd party partnerships.
- Video strategy : Help identify what online videos should be created and help create scripts to maximize brand visibility to potential customers.
- Content Performance Analysis : Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Budget Management : Manage content-related budgets efficiently, tracking spending and maximizing ROI.
- Trend Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing innovations, and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in a global or multi-regional context.
- Your writing style is concise, dynamic, persuasive, and you can self-edit.
- Self-starter you require minimal supervision and oversight to get the job done you’re driven and determination to move the needle forward while juggling multiple projects.
- You handle stress well and have a strong ability to work well in a team structure while taking feedback well.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration into content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
- Ability to navigate cultural nuances and tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
- AI Integration ability to use AI to augment projects where it makes sense.
- Flexibility to work "off hours" at times to communicate with global markets.
