The Anesthesiology Physician position at Valley Anesthesiology Consultants offers a lucrative compensation package, including a base salary of $350K and a signing bonus of $150K, with potential earnings exceeding $600K. This role involves working at two hospitals providing broad anesthetic services, a supportive work environment, and an attractive benefit package including 6 weeks of paid vacation and flexible work schedules. Candidates will join a well-regarded team at top-ranked hospitals in Glendale, Arizona, serving a diverse range of cases in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Anesthesiologist Opportunity - West Valley, $350K base, $150K START DATE BONUS, earning potential $600K+, 6 weeks PAID vacation!

Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Physician Services practice, is actively recruiting board eligible or board-certified Anesthesiologists to join our West Valley Division that includes 2 hospitals. Banner Thunderbird (level 1 trauma center) and Banner Estrella.

Opportunity Highlights Include :

  • Wide range of cases and acuity.
  • All types of cases except transplants. (Bread / Butter, neuro, ortho, gyn, vascular, peds, and OB) (Hearts done by cardiac team members)
  • Numerous additional stipends for call
  • OB and Trauma voluntary, but available to everyone as soon as you start
  • Guaranteed Post 1st, Trauma and OB call day off
  • Healthy economy of call (call switching, adding call, getting rid of call made easy through Qgenda)

Exclusive contracts at both hospitals

  • Median income 475 000
  • 6 weeks PAID vacation to start, with the ability to use quarter and half day vacation if desired. 8 weeks paid vacation after 2 years.
  • Option to decrease FTE after 5 years
