Overview

The Social Media Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of regional accounts. This includes developing, managing and reporting on social advertising strategies supporting various automotive profit centers. This person collaborates with all teams to bring innovative, integrated social media strategies and solutions to their clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and campaign workflow for an automotive client, ensuring efficient management of team workload and deliverables.
• Act as the primary contact to regional clients and partner agency contacts.
• Lead a team of Strategists, driving high-quality work, collaboration and professional growth.
• Work with account, creative, product and data teams to ensure all social media campaigns are seamlessly executed.
• Regularly execute strategic brainstorms, proposal reviews and program results meetings with clients and partner agencies both in-person and via web meetings.
• Manage paid advertising programs from start to finish from proposal development, media implementation, optimization, success measurement and management of creative, and timelines.
• Oversee client experience and marketing materials for social media department.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
