Job Description
Our non-profit healthcare organization is looking for a skilled trainer with a minimum of 4 years of Epic Ambulatory Training experience.
Our ideal candidate would be open to contract to permanent. Once converted the employer pays for healthcare benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and enhance EA and business system training documentation, including curricula, training scripts, objectives, handouts, quick reference guides, tests, proficiency assessments, lab scenarios and post-training support materials and evaluations.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure implementation opportunities and training goals are met (i.e., orientation, in-services, competency monitoring, and regular user training).
- Understand and consider different cultural sensitivities and relative experience levels of staff when planning training sessions / modules and anticipate the impact upon implementation.
- Participate in organizational program development committees.
- Incorporate compliance with PACE, state, local and federal rules, regulations, and laws applicable in their trainings.
- Maintain excellent documentation and communication of progress on all projects.
- Continuously improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and delivery of the teaching and assessment of learning for users.
- Understand the philosophy of continuous learning and be highly motivated towards the ongoing provision of quality learning for internal and external users.
- All other reasonably related jobs as assigned.
Must be knowledgable with : Epic Ambulatory, Box, Slack, Zoom, and the EBS system.
