DRAFTING TECHNICIAN

Drafting Technician will be responsible for utilizing AutoCAD to create project drawings under supervision including drawings for permitting of residential and commercial construction projects throughout South Florida. All documents shall be prepared in accordance with the Florida Building Code (Current Edition) and industry codes and standards.

Skills & Qualifications :

Excellent drafting skills with experience in AutoCAD, Microstation, and / or SketchUp.

Excellent overall computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Preferred candidates will have previous experience with another engineering or architecture firm, and / or have worked in residential or commercial construction.
