Job description18 years of age or older. Driver’s license (Valid and insurable with our insurance carrier). High School Diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of background requirements. Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed. Obtain and maintain all required certifications (all provided during your paid training). Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities. Assist with personal care tasks including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, medical monitoring, and ambulation. Assist with all aspects of maintaining a healthy and clean environment including cleaning, laundry, general upkeep, grocery shopping, banking, and community activities. Transportation to shopping, appointments, and fun activities in the community. Establish and maintain support / companionship with the individuals we serve.
