About the role

Bixal is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior DevOps Architect to lead the design and development of modern, scalable solutions for federal government projects and proposals. Youll work across engineering, business development, and delivery teams to craft solutions that solve real-world challenges, win new work, and drive Bixals growth in the federal digital services space.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $120,000 $180,000. In the spirit of transparency, most offers tend to land near the midpoint of the range. We make compensation decisions thoughtfully, considering your experience, the skills you bring, and our commitment to internal equity. Fairness and transparency are core to how we operate.

Responsibilities

Architect modern, cloud-native solutions for proposals and active projects.

Collaborate with business development teams to shape technical solutioning early in the pursuit process.

Serve as a thought leader across projects and proposals, contributing to Bixals technical vision and strategy.
