Sr. Pursuits Coordinator
Ability to interpret complex Request for Proposals. Proactively sets and drives deliverable schedules. Researches, finds, and compiles relevant information for pursuit teams. Direct contact and ownership of subconsultant coordination and information. Identifies need for and coordinates internal supporting resources. Drive best practice and timely responses with a diverse team of SMEs and Project Directors. Meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements. Familiar / usability with InDesign and PowerPoint. Skilled in InDesign and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings
- Maintain status updates, actions items, and meeting notes
- Manage file organization including setup and closeout
- Standard content creation, such as formatting resumes, revising project descriptions, and creating organizational charts
- Collect content from subcontractors
- Applies brand standards to all deliverables Support deliverable production
- Develop and revise standard pursuit content
- Search for pursuit content on internal databases
- Coordinate limited subcontractor deliverable documents
- Drive schedules and meet deadlines
- Layout pursuit deliverables in a manner compliant with brand standards and client requirements
- Manage hard copy production, and coordinate delivery of deliverables (hard copies and electronic delivery, as needed)
- Support pre-proposal activities like SOQ's, resumes, project sheets, org charts and similar information.
- Lead pursuit team meetings and review process
- Coordinate all pursuit content, drafting tailored non-technical content, and coordinate technical and subcontractor content
- Assist technical staff with developing content in alignment with the identified approach and / or strategy
- Support multiple pursuit efforts concurrently
- Coordinate and / or develop interview presentations and associated handouts
- Coordinate graphics development
- Download and share RFP / bid documents from client specific portals
Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of project or proposal experience.All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any / all of the following : criminal / civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Work Environment / Physical Demands
