Manager of Residency Services

A company is looking for a Manager, Residency Services.

Key Responsibilities

Create and lead the Residency Services practice, deploying dedicated resources to various customers

Manage profit and loss of the practice and ensure successful delivery of projects

Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners while meeting sales targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

At least eight years in sales and / or operations management

Knowledge of ITIL v4 foundations and PMI methodology

Familiarity with Federal, SLED, and Commercial markets

Experience forecasting revenue and profit on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
