Position Summary
As a Business Developer , you'll play a vital role in driving the growth of our home care services by developing strategic partnerships within the healthcare community. This position is ideal for a professional who is enthusiastic about relationship-building, marketing, and helping families access quality home care.
You'll collaborate closely with our leadership and outreach teams to identify new opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and represent our brand at community and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with the agency's growth objectives.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with referral sources such as physicians, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners in hospitals, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.
- Represent the company through public speaking engagements, community events, and educational programs.
- Organize lunch-and-learn sessions, sponsor events, and attend relevant conferences to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure referral follow-up and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on growth opportunities.
- Serve as a member of the Marketing Team, contributing to innovative outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.Proven ability to develop and grow a marketing territory preferred.Core Competencies
