Inpatient Operations Pharmacist I / II :

Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia

Must have and maintain a current valid certification of the following throughout employment :

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification with the American Heart Association

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
