Job Title : Content Creator (Videographer / Editor)

Location : Framingham, MA (onsite with some remote flexibility)

Duration : 5.5 months (contract)

Pay Rate : $37.04 / hour

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our creative team in Framingham, MA. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role is ideal for a storyteller at heart — a videographer, director, and editor with a passion for creating compelling digital and social media content. The Content Creator will collaborate with marketing and creative partners to concept, produce, and edit videos and assets that connect with audiences and align with our brand vision.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be onsite in Framingham, MA for video shoots and, at times, at store locations. Some weeks may require multiple onsite days depending on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and social content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat .
• Partner with marketing, writers, and designers to identify stories and bring them to life based on platform, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Lead projects through all phases : research, concepting, production, editing, and execution.
• Develop rough storyboards and mock-ups for internal and marketing review.
• Stay up to date on the latest digital, social, and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Lead video shoots : setup, coordination with producers and crew, and direction of talent / brand leaders.
• Contribute to content creation for additional channels such as web, email, in-store experiences, live events, and internal communications .
• Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, consistent in tone and quality, and creatively push boundaries.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all finished products.
