Job descriptionManage and lead construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Develop and monitor project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 5 yrs+ experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish)- highly preferred Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). PMP certification is a plus. Clean driving record required. Salary : $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities. To start there will be a 90-day trial period, after which your performance will be evaluated. Opportunities for advancement Paid time off 8-hour shift Overtime and weekends as needed Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field (Preferred not required) 5 years+ in Senior Project Management (Required) Los Angeles, CA (Required) Ventura, CA (Required)
