Job Summary

Summary : Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that bring excitement and visibility to campus dining.

• Shape our digital and social media presence with compelling content and engaging storytelling.
• Manage the dining websites to ensure accurate and current content.
• Ensure all dining outlets reflect Fresh Ideas brand standards and deliver a consistent, top-tier guest experience.
• Develop strategic marketing plan for the region
• Manage communications and PR efforts from creating client presentations to student outreach and press releases.
• Collaborate with Fresh Ideas dining team to align dining initiatives with campus life, including sustainability, health & wellness, and cultural programming.
• Implement promotional materials and marketing collateral that inform and inspire.
• Monitor performance, track results, and continuously refine strategies to boost engagement and satisfaction.
• ? Preferred Qualifications :
• BS degree in Marketing preferred
• Minimum of two years of marketing experience preferred
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions
