Assistant Construction Inspector

Field Or Construction Inspector (Entry Level)

The PMCM team seeks a Field or Construction Inspector (entry level) for NYCHA in NYC!

Responsibilities :

Completes daily inspection reports in the applicable format.

Assists with creating meeting agendas and minutes; distribute and file.

Assures documentation, and accuracy of monthly progress payments.

Assists with creating draft Contract Change Orders.

Performs oversight of materials testing.

Assures general compliance with VDOT and other agency standards and specifications.

Assists with resident and office engineering duties.

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience : Associate's degree in construction management or civil engineering.

Certifications, Licenses : EIT license for Degreed Engineers.

OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Awareness Training preferred or must be acquired within 30 days after start date.
