Architectural Project Manager (Fort Wayne)

Salary Range : $95,000-$125,000. Salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and skill level.

Design Collaborative is seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager with the skill set and passion to lead the design process and a multi-disciplinary design team. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, and they will lead the design efforts on a wide range of commercial design projects. They will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a project, including the project team, resources, scheduling, and budget. This individual will play a key role in the continued success of the team through their ability to build relationships, lead and manage projects, and assist with the mentorship and growth of team members. Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NCARB accredited school
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure preferred
• 7+ years experience with an architecture / design firm
• 3+ years' experience in Architectural Project Management
• Commercial design experience in one or more of the following markets : Healthcare, Education, Workplace, Financial or Industrial.
