The chosen candidate will have opportunity to work closely with attorneys and other paralegals on a diverse, highly sophisticated and super interesting caseload while enjoying the benefits of working for a prominent, well-managed firm.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Preparing pleadings
• Discovery
• Document review and management that will require strong technical / database skills
• Calendaring
• State and federal court filings
• Legal and fact research
• Client Interaction with exceptional customer service skills
