Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect to lead testing initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes, with hands-on expertise in tools, such as TOSCA, GenAI, GitHub, API Testing, Selenium, qTest, and any scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and implement test architecture and strategy across enterprise-level applications.
  • Lead end-to-end testing initiatives including functional, integration, performance, and API testing.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Design and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in test automation and continuous testing.
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers and testers across projects.
  • Evaluate and integrate testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in leading testing projects in Telco Industry.
  • Strong expertise in TOSCA, API testing using Postman.
  • Hands-on experience with qTest for test management and reporting.
  • Good Devops experience with any tools like Bamboom, Jenkin, Teamcity, Github, SVN, TFS
  • Good Backend knowledge with the tools like MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
  • Hands on experience in development and implementation of automation frameworks, good knowledge of popular frameworks like xUnit
  • Familiarity with BDD techniques, agile testing practices
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
