A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to conduct high-level data analysis and assist in the administration of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate data for market assessments, ensuring compliance with FLSA regulations
Manage service line incentive and bonus programs, including drafting documents and addressing escalated issues
Assist in the execution of the annual merit process and manage the company's short-term incentive plan
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business required
4+ years of related experience in Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources
Compensation or Human Resources Professional level certification (CCP, SHRM-CP, or HRCI-PHR) preferred
Strong Excel skills, including advanced equations and macros writing abilities
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
