• Lead full-cycle implementation within the Workday Learning product suite
• 3+ years of Workday Learning experience
• Manage stakeholder and client resources
• Manage resources and lead Workday Learning workstreams in fast-paced implementations
• Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project
• Act as a mentor to other consultants, including providing support for shadow assignments
• Manage multiple tasks / initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in Workday Learning (Talent Management certification is a plus)
• Configure and manage all aspects of the Workday Learning module, including courses, programs, certifications, curricula, learning campaigns, and assessments.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define learning workflows, business processes, and user experiences.

Remote Pay Range

$70—$75 USD
