Summary description : This position is primarily responsible for sales of snowboards and related equipment, and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service for which Christy Sports is known.

Job responsibilities :

• Generate sales for snowboards / boots / bindings by demonstrating excellent knowledge of the equipment and industry
• Boot fitting
• Maintain the high-standard for guest service
• Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards
• Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company
• Other duties as may be assigned

Budgeted range starts at : $18.81-$19 / hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. (Request help with heavy or awkward boxes / products). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk.
