Commercial Contracts Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and finalize complex commercial contracts, including supply and joint venture agreements

Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to understand deal terms and legal requirements

Conduct legal research to support contract drafting and provide risk assessments on contractual language

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting complex commercial agreements

Strong understanding of commercial contract law principles and structures

Proven legal contract drafting and technical writing skills

Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer products industries is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word
