We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Multi-Family Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the construction of multi-family residential projects including dorms, student housing, and apartments. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while traveling to various locations. This role requires a high level of commitment and dedication, offering an exciting opportunity for career growth and the chance to work on a variety of challenging projects.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process for multi-family residential projects, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project plan.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed safely and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage the project schedule, ensuring that milestones are met and any delays are promptly addressed.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure that all work is completed within budget, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing measures to control costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including progress reports, change orders, and other documentation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site, ensuring that all personnel adhere to these guidelines at all times.
• Travel to various project sites as required, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
