Job Responsibilities :
Manage daily financial operations : bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and reconciliationsPrepare monthly and quarterly reports, and support budgeting and financial planningOversee client billing processes, including collections and claimsHandle HR functions : clinician credentialing, staff onboarding, and benefits enrollmentEnsure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory standards, and auditsUtilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and both Windows / Mac systemsCollaborate with leadership and staff to provide accurate, timely supportRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; consideration given for 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree5+ years of experience in data entry, with extensive financial and bookkeeping responsibilitiesProficiency in QuickBooks (desktop version) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and multitasking capabilityExperience in the medical / healthcare industry or claims processing as it relates to the responsibilitiesAbility to work on-site in Needham, MAPreferred Experience and Skills :
