Our client, a growing technology manufacturing company in Littleton, MA, is seeking a Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations including accounting, payroll, and reporting. This role also provides administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM

Responsibilities : Accounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting : AP, AR, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Process journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.
- Support month-end close and maintain accurate financial records.
- Administer payroll and coordinate with external payroll providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits.
- Generate reports and dashboards using SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Reconcile balance sheets, bank accounts, and inventory transactions.
Administrative Support
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.Qualifications :
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.Stable employment history with multi-year tenures in similar roles.3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management.Associate degree required; business / accounting coursework preferred.5+ years of bookkeeping / accounting experience in a manufacturing or tech-manufacturing environment.Benefits & Perks
