What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and execute the digital sales strategy for the Corporates segment, driving new customer acquisition and growthMaintain operational excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygieneFoster a customer‑obsessed mindset, making decisions based on customer value and outcomesRecruit, develop, and retain diverse talent while fostering an inclusive and high‑energy cultureUtilize analytics and experimentation tools to enhance sales strategies and performanceWhat is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in B2B commercial sales with at least 4 years leading digital sales teamsProven success in digital / e‑commerce sales motions with experience in conversion optimization and performance marketingStrong knowledge of solution selling, negotiation for software / technology, and complex deal orchestrationProficiency in analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau / Power BIBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plusHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
