The Senior Application Developer will design, develop, test, and implement computer systems and applications for LARA. This role supports five instances of Accela across multiple agencies and additional systems that utilize related data. The developer will provide technical support to team members and agency customers, act as a technical consultant to streamline business processes, and maintain and enhance existing Accela applications. Additional responsibilities include supporting web services and client-server applications as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement applications using Accela Civic Platform.
- Maintain and modify existing Accela applications to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and consultation to internal teams and agency clients.
- Develop and maintain web services and client-server applications.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and configuration management.
- Create and manage reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.
- Ensure application security roles and best practices are implemented.
