Key Responsibilities

Create and execute plans to grow financial services products across all functions

Experiment with new lending products and distribution strategies

Manage a growing team and establish business and financial KPIs in coordination with the CEO

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in a lending product, operations, or financial leadership role

Experience in a high growth technology or financial service company

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams

Strong data-driven approach to growing product usage

French language skills are a plus
