Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,803 per week

• Work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
• Participate in weekday and weekend call rotation
• One weeknight on-call from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• One weekend day on-call from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM per month
• Holiday call coverage as needed
• Float to outpatient surgery center as needed
• 3-shift floor-specific orientation required
• Work in main OR with 14 suites handling average 28 cases per day with 5 add-ons
• 1 : 1 nursing ratio in OR
• 20-minute call response time required
• Handle all surgical cases except open heart including neuro spine, total joints, open fractures, general surgery, and ENT
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• Scrubs provided for RNs
• No floating between units
• 2-3 years of OR experience required plus 2-3 previous travel assignments
• Orthopedic / neurology experience preferred
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA)
• Scrubbing experience is a plus but not required
