Job Summary :

IntelePeer is seeking an experienced Number Activations Specialist. As an integral member of our Service Activations team, you will be managing moderate to complex orders through all phases of the order process while providing an industry leading customer experience. This position may have access to Protected Data.

Responsibilities :

• Process, coordinate and follow-up on porting activity for Local DID, International DID, ITFS, and Toll Free orders.
• Process new and change order activity for Local DID, International DID and Toll Free.
• Resolve order rejections in a timely manner and escalate as needed.
• Provisioning and troubleshooting for SMS and MMS services.
• Troubleshoot e911 and d911 order issues and confirm ALI records.
• Basic troubleshooting of call detail records.
• Responsible for managing complex projects for key customers.
• Responsible for managing carriers and partners to ensure timely responses, maintaining order SLAs.
• Responsible for managing customer expedites and escalations with carriers for porting and provisioning.

Working knowledge of all processes and procedures for Service Activations.
