Job Description

Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met. Review and analyze project costs, identifying variances and recommending solutions to stay on track. Collaborate with project managers to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies throughout all project phases. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable for assigned projects. Reconcile project accounts and prepare monthly financial statements. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation as needed. Support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Accountant should have : A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven expertise in financial reporting and project accounting processes. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
