Part-Time In-House Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Description
A national corporation is looking for a Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in their corporate office in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities :
- Monitor incoming mail- sort and direct appropriatelyUnderstand if it is a real estate matter, insurance, etc. and who to route it to
- Electronic and paper filing via document management systems
- Provide computer support
- Scanning, formatting, and typing of legal and real estate documents
- Perform all administrative tasks
- May need to pitch in with emptying the dishwasher, organizing boxes, picking up the kitchen, etc.
Qualifications :
- Experience is more important than educationOpen to candidates with law firm or corporate background
- MUST be open to working in-office in Denver20-25 hours per weekPreference for half days everyday- flexible on mornings / afternoons
- File clerk experience preferred
- MUST be trustworthy, dependable, and professionalWill be the only person in-office a lot of the time
Hourly Rate : $25-$36 / hr.
