What You'll Do :

You'll receive hands-on training to learn how to :

Process and resolve insurance claims accurately and efficiently

Communicate with clinics to research and resolve claim issues

Analyze data to identify patterns, ensure accuracy, and improve outcomes

Help onboard new client accounts

Support and train teammates as our team continues to grow

What We're Looking For :

We're searching for people who are dependable and eager to grow. The ideal candidate has :

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Solid work history showing dependability and initiative

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities

A quick-learning mindset with enthusiasm for mastering new systems

A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
