Oath Services is recruiting on behalf of, Laserfiche, for a Director / Senior Director of Sales Operations position. This search is being conducted by Oath Services and partnering with Recruitifi as Laserfiche's recruiting partner.

Position Summary :

We're seeking a Director / Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize the US direct sales organization. This strategic role combines analytics, process improvement, and leadership to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency in their SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Planning :

  • Oversee direct sales organization with leadership and performance management
  • Develop SaaS sales strategies to scale revenue and improve efficiency
  • Partner with executive leadership on sales goals and revenue targets
  • Drive territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
  • Generate sales reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Mentor high-performing teams fostering accountability and collaboration

Operations & Process Optimization :

  • Develop and streamline sales processes, policies, and systems
  • Implement sales enablement technologies, primarily Salesforce CRM
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in Salesforce
  • Standardize reporting and dashboards using SaaS best practices
  • Establish data-driven sales operations framework
  • Revenue & Performance Management :

  • Support development of sales targets and monitor performance
  • Track win rates, deal cycles, and churn rates
  • Identify improvements to sales processes and policies
  • Implement best practices in deal structuring and resource allocation
  • Provide regular business insights to VP of Sales and executive team
  • Cross-Functional Leadership :

  • Drive alignment between sales, professional services, and finance
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Ensure smooth handoffs from sales to post-sales teams
  • Collaborate on sales incentive compensation plan design
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years sales operations or sales leadership experience in SaaS
  • 10+ years direct and channel partner sales in SaaS organization
  • Proven track record leading direct SaaS sales with measurable growth
  • Deep expertise in SaaS sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
  • Strong financial and business acumen with complex data analysis skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Experience selling into Government, Insurance, Education, Financial Services
  • Exceptional leadership and executive presentation skills
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Direct sales experience
  • Previous experience in document management or enterprise software

    Total Compensation Package Value :   $240,000 - $295,000

  • Base Salary : $195,000 - $250,000
  • Estimated Benefits Value : $45,000 annually
  • Requirements
