We are seeking a versatile and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. While your primary focus will be Accounts Payable, we're looking for a utility player who can contribute across financial operations when needed.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Review, match, and process high-volume vendor invoices
- Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
- Reconcile statements and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Keep accurate records and maintain AP documentation
