Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate (Quality & Receiving) to join our team near Mt. Comfort in Greenfield, Indiana. In this role, you’ll support warehouse operations while focusing on accuracy, quality, and organization.

Location : Greenfield, IN (Mt. Comfort area)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Work Environment : Warehouse setting

Job Summary :

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are received, organized, and inspected correctly. You’ll use digital calipers and other tools to verify product quality, manage the put-away of up to 200 new SKUs each month, and help maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products

Perform quality assurance checks using digital calipers and other measuring tools

Accurately put away and organize new SKUs (approximately 200 each month)

Maintain precise records of received and inspected items

Support general warehouse duties including staging, organizing, and inventory control

Identify and report product or packaging defects to supervisors

Ensure warehouse areas are clean, safe, and well-organized

Follow all company policies, safety rules, and quality standards

What You’ll Need :

Previous warehouse or quality inspection experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy (required)

Experience with digital calipers or similar measuring tools

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
