Job descriptionWork in a hospital-based cardiovascular cath lab setting Specializes in invasive cardiac procedures with a focus on adult patient populations 10-hour day shifts from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 4x10 schedule Call requirements on nights, weekends, and holidays based on staffing needs Floating between departments or local locations within a 20-mile range is required Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required; onsite training provided Role includes patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, assisting with procedures, and responding to emergencies Team-oriented environment requiring flexibility and adaptability Return candidates must have a one-year gap since previous permanent employment with the health system No local candidates allowed; a 50-mile minimum distance from the facility is required for eligibility Proper attire as per hospital dress code required Holiday coverage may be needed depending on staffing Active NM or compact RN license required Minimum of two years of current experience in a cath lab setting Successful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment required Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross required Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required Must pass onsite Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Testing during orientation, with one retake allowed High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
