Key Responsibilities
Lead the FTUE strategy focusing on user acquisition, onboarding, and early engagement
Design and execute A / B tests and marketability tests to optimize user experience and validate strategic decisions
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the soft launch and global launch phases
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing for free-to-play mobile games
Proven success in user-centric product marketing and creative testing
Deep understanding of conversion funnels and mobile marketing campaign optimization
Experience with tracking and attribution systems (e.g., MMPs, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Sheets / Excel or Tableau
