About the Role : Our client is seeking a Cold Email Outreach Specialist to generate pipeline through highly targeted outbound email campaigns. This role is responsible for writing effective copy, building prospect lists, managing deliverability, monitoring metrics, and passing warm leads to sales teams. The specialist ensures campaigns are strategic, compliant, and performance-driven, with a constant focus on improving conversion rates.

Responsibilities :

Prospect List Building :

• Research and compile prospect lists using ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, or other lead databases.
• Segment contacts by persona, industry, geography, and ICP (ideal customer profile).
• Validate and clean lists using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Clearout.
